FREE Ecommerce Website Offer-এর Clear Rules

1. Offer Eligibility

FREE Ecommerce Website offer শুধুমাত্র eligible Ecommerce Hosting package-এর সাথে প্রযোজ্য। Current entry package ৳999/monthly থেকে শুরু। Hosting active থাকা পর্যন্ত managed website use করা যাবে।

2. Monthly Package

• Monthly Ecommerce Hosting bill applicable cycle অনুযায়ী pay করতে হবে।
• One-time setup fee: ৳1,000।
• Complete Ecommerce Website hosting-এর সাথে FREE use করা যাবে।
• Source Code included নয়।
• cPanel / hosting control-panel access included নয়।
• Customer Admin Panel দিয়ে Products, Orders, Customers, POS, Marketplace, Settings ও permitted business functions manage করবেন।

3. Yearly Package

• 12 মাসের hosting payment একসাথে advance করতে হবে।
• Yearly offer discount: 20%।
• Yearly offer-এ setup fee FREE।
• Source Code এবং cPanel included নয়।
• Exact payable amount billing invoice/order confirmation অনুযায়ী final হবে।

4. Full Source Code — One-Time

Regular Price ৳70,000৳30,000 one-time Full Source Code option hosting offer থেকে আলাদা product path.

• Complete source code handover.
• 1 year bug-fixing support.
• Hosting included নয়।
• Domain included নয়।
• Customer BDS Web Hosting অথবা অন্য provider-এর hosting/domain ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
• Server compatibility, third-party provider changes এবং customization bug-fixing support-এর বাইরে হতে পারে।

5. Domain Policy

কোনো package-এর সাথে free domain included নয়। Customer existing domain ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন অথবা আলাদাভাবে domain কিনতে পারবেন। Domain registration/renewal/transfer charge আলাদা এবং registry/provider policy apply করবে।

6. Monthly/Yearly Access Model

Monthly/Yearly offer-এ Website ও Hosting BDS Web Hosting managed environment-এ থাকবে। Customer business management-এর জন্য application Admin Panel ব্যবহার করবেন; server/cPanel এবং application source code access included নয়।

7. Billing, Due & Suspension

• Hosting fees advance-এ due.
• Monthly invoice applicable due date-এর মধ্যে pay করতে হবে।
• Late/failed/non-payment হলে service suspend বা cancel হতে পারে।
• Outstanding dues clear করার পর restoration service state, retention window এবং applicable policy-এর উপর নির্ভর করবে।
• Future renewal pricing published billing policy অনুযায়ী change হতে পারে।

8. Support Scope

Hosting support এবং software bug support এক জিনিস নয়।

• Hosting-side service/support hosting package অনুযায়ী।
• Full Source buyer 1 year reproducible software defect fixing support পাবেন।
• New feature, redesign, custom development, third-party API/provider change, data entry, marketing service বা unrelated server administration bug fixing নয়।
• Customer-modified source code থেকে তৈরি issue আলাদা review-এর প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

9. Payment, Courier & Third-Party Services

System-এ bKash, Nagad, SSLCOMMERZ, ShurjoPay, Pathao এবং Steadfast integration capability থাকলেও merchant/courier account approval, credentials, pricing, transaction fee, API policy এবং account eligibility সংশ্লিষ্ট third-party provider-এর। Customer প্রয়োজনীয় valid account/credentials provide করবেন।

10. Refund & Cancellation

Hosting refund eligibility BDS Web Hosting-এর current published Refund Policy অনুযায়ী হবে। Current policy first-time shared-hosting initial purchase-এর জন্য 30-day money-back guarantee describe করে; renewals excluded এবং setup/domain/activated third-party add-ons আলাদা rules-এর অধীন হতে পারে।

• Hosting refund/cancellation হলে FREE Website use entitlement-ও terminate হবে।
• Monthly setup fee-এর refundability published invoice/offer/legal policy অনুযায়ী হবে।
• Domain fee registry processing-এর পর সাধারণত non-refundable.

11. Customer Data & Backup Responsibility

Customer-generated business data (যেমন product/content/order/customer business records) এবং application source-code ownership আলাদা বিষয়। BDS Web Hosting routine backup রাখতে পারে, তবে customer-এর important business data-এর independent backup রাখার দায়িত্বও customer-এর। Data export/retention/cancellation handling applicable service policy অনুযায়ী হবে।

12. Full Source Code Usage Rules

Offer price ৳30,000 (regular ৳70,000) source-code purchase buyer-এর নিজস্ব business/project use-এর জন্য। Separate written reseller/developer right ছাড়া source code resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public repository upload, third-party copy distribution বা marketplace resale অনুমোদিত নয়।

Final commercial license terms invoice/order confirmation-এর সাথে apply করবে।

13. General Terms

Acceptable Use, domain rules, service availability, security, suspension এবং legal compliance-এর জন্য BDS Web Hosting-এর main Terms & Conditions apply করবে।
